Setting Your Own Rates

Only visible if you are non-conventional.

On the Honoraria tab, you can set a custom rate in two ways:

Rates per nomenclature — link a custom rate to a specific nomenclature code:

• Choose the Nomenclature (search by number or title).
• Enter the Rate.
• Optionally, a Home visit supplement.

Rates per appointment duration — set a rate based on how long the appointment lasts, regardless of which nomenclature code is used:

• Enter the Appointment duration (minutes).
• Enter the Rate.
• Optionally, a Location, and supplements for home visit, intake, and written report.

Both tables can be edited or deleted directly afterwards.
