Getting an Attestation

There are two ways an attestation is created in Sophia:

• Electronically (eAttest) — you send it directly from an appointment to eHealth. This is the usual way.
• Manually (paper attestation) — you create an attestation yourself on the Attestations tab and link appointments to it.

Both end up in the same list on the Attestations tab.
