Connecting Google Calendar

You can connect your Google Calendar to Sophia from your profile (see Integrations). This connection works in both directions: it links Sophia to your private calendar.

If you delete an appointment in Google Calendar, this carries over into Sophia's appointment module too: the appointment disappears there as well, and no longer counts as an outstanding appointment (one that's still to be paid).

TIP

Does Sophia find something in your Google Calendar that isn't linked to an appointment in Sophia yet? Then a notice appears above the calendar with the number of unsynced items, along with a Process button. There, you link each item to a patient, mark it as out of office, or ignore it.
