Integrations
On this tab, you connect Sophia to outside services: Google Calendar, your bank account, and eHealth.
Google Calendar

Connecting
Click connect to Google Calendar. A Google window opens, where you log in and give consent. Were you already connected, but want to log in again? Then you'll see Reconnect to Google Calendar instead.
Choosing a Calendar
Once connected, you choose from a list which of your Google calendars gets synced with Sophia.
WARNING
Choose a different calendar than before? Then Sophia moves all your existing appointments to the new calendar. Sophia asks you to confirm this first.
Disconnecting
Click the delete icon to disconnect Google Calendar. Sophia asks for confirmation, since afterward your appointments are no longer synced.
Linking Your Bank Account
Link your bank account to recognize payments. This happens in two steps.
- Choose your bank. Click Link bank account, search for your bank in the list, and click connect. You temporarily leave Sophia: you log in with your own bank and give consent there.
- Choose your account. Back in Sophia, you choose which account at your bank gets linked, and click connect again.
Did the link succeed? Then you see your IBAN number, and the Link other bank account button to choose a different account if you want.
TIP
The consent you give your bank expires after a while. Notice incoming payments are no longer being retrieved? Link again via Link other bank account.
eHealth
Needed for eAgreement, eAttest, eFact, and to communicate securely via the eHealthBox.
Click Register eHealth (or Update eHealth if you're already registered), and fill in:
- Your national number.
- Your certificate: the file you received from eHealth, with the extension
.p12. - That certificate's password.
Click Save. Is something wrong, for example an incorrect password or an invalid file? Then Sophia shows a clear error message.
TIP
Does your eHealth certificate expire after a while? Sophia doesn't warn you about this automatically. Did you receive a new certificate from eHealth? Register it yourself again via Update eHealth.
