eHealth Member Data

TIP

You'll find this tab under the More button, in the record's tab bar.

On this tab, you view the patient's insurability, as requested from eHealth.

TIP

The button to request this data isn't on this tab itself, but at the top of the record: Fetch Member Data. Enter the patient's national number there, and optionally expand More details for a specific period, or to mark the request as Hospitalized or For billing.

Haven't requested anything yet? Then this tab just shows a message that there's no data yet.

What You See

After a successful request, Sophia shows, each only when the data is available:

  • Mutualities: a table with every period of membership, with the mutuality's name, number, address, and registration number.
  • Payments: whether the patient falls under the third party payment arrangement, and whether a special social category applies.
  • Medical house: if the patient is registered with a medical house, with the type of care and the period.
  • Hospitalization: the status on the day of the request.
  • Extraordinary situation: particular circumstances such as a closed file.
  • Rest or care home: if applicable.
  • Chronic condition, global medical file, and palliative status: each with their own section, with a clear message if this information isn't present or unavailable.

Understanding the Warnings

Sophia shows two kinds of warnings:

  • At the top of the tab: a general message if the response is incomplete, for example because not all requested information was available.
  • Within a specific section: for example under chronic condition or global medical file, if that particular part couldn't be retrieved.

These two warnings are independent of each other: an incomplete response at the top doesn't necessarily mean every section has a problem, and vice versa.
