Unpaid Appointments

Here you see an overview of appointments within a chosen period that haven't been fully settled yet.

• Choose a period. By default, Sophia shows the past thirty days.
• Search by patient using the search field. The list updates automatically as you type.

For each appointment, you see:

• The date and the patient.
• Whether the appointment is paid.
• Whether it's invoiced, and whether the copayment part and the mutuality part have been invoiced separately.
• The eFact status, if applicable.
• The honoraria: base, intake, written report, and displacement, plus the total.

Click an appointment's info icon to open it. There you can settle it further, for example by invoicing or attesting it.

Has a part already been invoiced? Click the green check to view the related invoice right away.

TIP

This overview only shows whether something has happened or not. You can't mark an appointment as paid directly from here, you open the appointment itself for that.
