Email Configuration

This tab is only visible if enabled for your account.
By default, Sophia sends emails from info@sophia-kine.be. Have your own domain? Then you can set emails to be sent from your own address instead.
Setting Up Your Domain
Fill in:
- Domain name: for example
example.be. - Email address: for example
info@example.be.
Sophia saves this automatically once you've entered a valid domain name and a valid email address.
Verifying Your Domain
To prove the domain really belongs to you, you need to add a few DNS records at your domain provider.
- Once your domain is created, Sophia shows a list of DNS records: the type, the name, and the value. These are specific to your domain, and are supplied automatically by Sophia.
- Add these records at your domain provider's settings.
- Click Verify Domain in Sophia.
For each record, you see a green icon once it's correctly recognized, or an orange icon if it isn't yet.
TIP
Added the DNS records, but everything still shows orange? DNS changes sometimes take a while to propagate. Try again later with Verify Domain.
Is everything in order? Then Sophia shows a green message that your domain is verified and ready to use.
