This tab bundles four different reports. Choose which one to view from the dropdown at the top. Each report can be exported to Excel.

Paid Appointments

A list of appointments within a chosen period, with the patient, the date, whether it was a home visit, the nomenclature, the honorarium, and whether the appointment is paid.

Paid Invoices

A list of invoices within a chosen period, with the invoice number, the message, the amount excluding and including VAT, the patient, and whether the invoice is paid.

Honorarium Overview

The most extensive report. Besides a period, you can also filter by patient, and if allowed, by a fellow therapist. Use Advanced filters to further refine by age, gender, the doctor's RIZIV/INAMI number, the prescription's pathology, location, or specific nomenclature codes.

The report shows every honorarium and copayment per appointment, each split into base, displacement, intake, and written report, with a total row at the bottom.

Patient Report

Not a financial report in the strict sense, but a list of patients: name, national number, birth date, gender, contact details, municipality, and status. You filter by status (active or disabled), gender, age, and whether the patient had appointments within a chosen period.
