Financial Reports

This tab bundles four different reports. Choose which one to view from the dropdown at the top. Each report can be exported to Excel.

Paid Appointments

A list of appointments within a chosen period, with:

• The patient.
• The date.
• Whether it was a home visit.
• The nomenclature.
• The honorarium.
• Whether the appointment is paid.

By default, Sophia shows the past month.

TIP

The "Details" column only shows whether the appointment is paid. It's for information only: there's nothing to click or edit here.

Paid Invoices

A list of invoices within a chosen period, with:

• The invoice number.
• The message.
• The amount excluding and including VAT.
• The patient.
• Whether the invoice is paid.

If an invoice covers the mutuality's share, Sophia notes this. By default, Sophia shows the past month.

Honorarium Overview

The most extensive report. Besides a period, you can also search by patient name or national number, and, if allowed, filter by a specific therapist. You only see this last option if the feature is enabled for you, or if you're the practice owner.

Use Advanced filters to further refine by:

• Minimum and maximum age.
• Gender.
• Include archived patients (off by default).
• The prescribing doctor's RIZIV/INAMI number.
• The prescription's pathology: courant, E, Fa, Fb, palliative, or perinatal.
• Location.
• Specific nomenclature codes.

The report shows every honorarium and copayment per appointment, each split into base, displacement, intake, and written report, with a total row at the bottom.

TIP

For a different kind of service, one not linked to the usual nomenclature, Sophia shows "N/A" in the breakdown, even though the total honorarium is still known. The total row at the bottom still counts these other services in the overall total, just not in the breakdown by category.

Patient Report

Not a financial report in the strict sense, but a list of patients, with:

• Name.
• National number.
• Birth date.
• Gender.
• Phone number.
• Email.
• Municipality.
• Status.
• Referrer.

You filter by:

• Search term (name).
• Gender.
• Status: all patients, only active, or only disabled. By default, Sophia shows only active patients.
• A period during which the patient had appointments.
• Via advanced filters: minimum and maximum age.
