Patients
Welcome to the explanation of Patients in Sophia.
Everything related to a patient is here: from the list of all your patients, to every tab in a patient's record. Each part gets its own page, first covering the everyday use, and where needed also the more advanced features.
The Patient List
- Patient List: finding, creating, opening, and disabling patients, plus the advanced features such as reactivating, merging, and expiration alerts.
Inside a Patient's Record
Once you open a patient, you see a record made up of tabs. Each tab has its own page:
- Basic Data: personal information, address, contact, insurance, and settings.
- Files: keeping documents with the patient.
- Appointments: the patient's appointment history.
- Comments: the clinical logbook.
- Approvals: mutuality approvals and eAgreement. Official therapists only.
- Prescriptions: managing medical prescriptions.
- Billing: the patient's invoicing details.
- eHealth Member Data: requesting insurability data from eHealth.
- Care Team: other caregivers around this patient.
- Medical Record: care plans and medication, on its own page.
- Access Logs: who has accessed this record.
TIP
Not every part sits directly on the tab bar. Basic Data, Files, Approvals, Appointments, Comments, Prescriptions, and Billing show right away. eHealth Member Data, Care Team, and Access Logs live under the More button, at the far right of the tab bar. Medical Record isn't even a tab — it's a separate page you also reach through More.
