Access Logs

Reachable from the More menu on the tab bar in a patient's record.

This tab shows an audit trail: who has accessed this patient's record, and how.

For each event, you see:

• The timestamp.
• The access point.
• The type of access.
• The user who had access.

Use this tab to review who has viewed or edited sensitive patient data.
